Lexus Life

Well, this week I have been living with a Lexus GS350 AWD.

Not to say that this is a bad thing, but I was hoping for more out of it. I thought Lexus was turning the page, but I’m not so sure, not yet.

Red gauges? In a Lexus? Hmm…

Anyone have a classic Lexus here? It’s not quite as comfortable, or as quiet as they used to be. Sort of disappointed in that.

I do like to look at them, very aggressive. I don’t think I would ever buy one at the price point they are at. There are other cars that I would rather have.

The sticker on this one is over $63,000…thats just too much if you ask me. Plus some of the technology is just insane. Retina detection if you’re falling asleep, lane assist, park assist, any kind of assist…they have it covered.

This one is competing with the 5 Series, and what else? Trying to formulate where on my list it would fit in.

5 series, A6, E350, XF.

Not a fan of it. Like Jeremy clarkson said it looks like a vacuum is sucking the front end in lol. Much rather have a Acura tl sh-awd

I have a classic lexus. They are turning a page, they stopped making boats and started making “sporty” luxury cars

IS-F or bust.

Amen to that!

True, but I don’t think they’re quite there yet.

IS-F was a good point in Lexus’ time because it symbolized that Akio Toyoda was all for fun cars from Tokyo again.

I want a gs430 so bad it hurts

I think the Lexus’ and the Hyundai’s look like a pinched loaf in the front.

The new IS F Sport is the worst of the bunch with that issue.

:bowdown

IMO, Lexus is going the way of Mercedes in making cheaply made, bigger power sport sedans and charging a ton for them. Decent looking from the outside, but cheap feeling/looking on the inside.
