These Chinese jobbers seem nice enough, but I don’t know a ton about them. Is this legal to register for street use? I see markers, etc.

Anyone else know more about these? Reliability, etc?

Yes this is street legal. Has the old inspection sticker on it. They are pretty reliable with proper maintenance. Just Google reviews for them.
