You gotta explain it better. The reporter say something like “and good news about Kevin Everett as doctors report he has been able to move his arms and legs”.
The video playing is some black convict in a wheel chair in court, and just as the reporter says “able to move his arms and legs” the guy in the video starts swinging and kicking at the police. The reporter keeps talking for a bit then has an akward pause as he says, “that’s the wrong video by the way… that is not the right video”.
Classic.
