you have no idea what kind of shape i am in.
right now im doing 6 meals a day. i try to stay around a 50/40/10 diet. right now im not counting calories, im just counting complex carbs and fat. i average about 30 grams of fat a day and anywhere from 100 to 150 grams of sugar a day depending on my workout and daily activities. my protein intake is high around 200+ grams a day. everyone one of my meals i pre make at 7am when i get up! my workout consists right now is a 3 day on 1 day off routine doing 6 exercises using drop sets for each bodypart. right now im 5 foot 4 and i weight about 182-185 pounds. im about 9 perfecnt bodyfat. which equates to about 16 pounds of fat on my entire body.

in all seriousness why do I see people’s health and what they eat or how much they lift alwasy get brought up into a who is better ocnversation. I work in the medical field and there infinate possibilities on why some one is out of shape. It doesn’t always mean they don;t take care of them selves. Do you knwo how many health proiblems are related to obecidy its not even funny. And being in shaped doesn;t guarentee shit. I have seen 19 year old athletes have heart attacks and strokes so that don;t mean shit. I;m also not talking about trauma induced problems either.
