Anyone here unfortunately get their tires slashed the other day? I was parked right on Allen till 3AM but was fine. What a piece of fucking shit.

Its pretty impressive they got so many and nobody caught them
Burbs4L!
I was just thinking these fucktards would have have to walk about 10 square miles in my neighborhood to get that many tires. Not to mention they would be dealing with the Springfield security systems installed in most homes out here. On a side note, when caught they should be made to pay for each and every tire they ruined in this little escapade.
I was out for a walk Sunday and noticed all the tires. Sad, but there have to be a lot of cameras in that area.
…crimes happened between the hours of 10 p.m. Saturday and 2 a.m. Sunday.
Wow that is ballsy time frame to do this.
The problem is that the person who did it probably doesn’t have a job, or any type of savings. The citizens will be paid in forced community service and 3 meals a day for the perp at tax payer expense if jailed.
My brother lost 2 tires in this tragedy. Fucking animals. On a good note, he had planned to get new tires last week and slacked off so they were due to be replaced anyway.
Now that’s lucky.
Maybe this is a conspiracy fueled by local tire shops :tinfoilhat:
The Hipsters must’ve used their stache’s.
My business partner’s neighbor happened to wake up and saw it, called the police, ran outside and the guy took off. Unfortunately he had made it that far already.
Sneek up with a 2 x 4 and make running a more difficult task.
I would have approached this very differently.
It would have involved a weapon and sneaking up on him. The police would have been called… but after.
beat me to it.
Maybe a concerned neighborhood homeowner didn’t want to go all Serpico on a dude running around with the knife? I don’t know either of you, but I have a hard time believing you would just get all Mr Get Bad on a guy with a knife.
Maybe the neighbor didn’t want to but I don’t live there. Given the choice between a knife and 36" of lumber, I’ll take the lumber every time and twice on Sundays.
youre a fool.
i wouldnt even trust my holstered sidearm if i was within 10 feet against a guy who just got plenty of practice stabbing shit

that is, seriously, one of the dumbest things i’ve read in a while. you know how they say don’t bring a knife to a gun fight? well, don’t bring a knife to a knife fight. certainly, don’t bring a 2x4 to a knife fight. knives are very deadly, contrary to popular public opinion. i can’t stand it when some law enforcement officer shoots a dude with a knife and some internet hero says “why didn’t they tase him?” and if you think a concerned citizen with a pistol permit should walk out into the street, with their pistol, to confront this guy, you’re wrong too.

You’re right. How did the knife fare against the wood in these encounters? Probably not as good as they’d hoped. Distancing from your foe is the evolution of weaponry. Knife, sword, bow and arrow, gun, rifle, missile.
