GL with the jobs / getting hired guys.
remember this - one of the best tips i’ve ever read or heard about handling an interview… while the employer is obviously checking to see if you would be a worthy investment for them, you as the interviewee have to be evaluating to see if you will like the environment, the boss(es), the hours, pay, benefits, duties, etc. you should never just accept a job just to take it, but accept the job b/c you will be doing something you like, something worthwhile, and something you can grow at (therefore helping to move you up in the company).
if you think about it like that, you get a much broader view of the situation, and can actually tell the interviewer what you can do for the company. increases your likeliness to get hired about 300%. Of course, if you evaluate and the company looks like crap… RUN!
that being said, i worked for localnet for a year or two, it was decent, did well and got fast raises… of course there was one bad thing: when i put in my two weeks, they shafted me on 2 scheduled days of work by saying “you dont need to come back…” out of nowhere at the end of a day. but it was because one person coughownercough didn’t like me. shadyness, but that’s how business goes.
