Well isn’t that a fuck. I want to say yes, but making it legally mandatory to have to disclose a health condition to another person is kind of a slippery slope. Next thing you know they get tattooed upon diagnosis, which is some crazy George Orwell type shit. I dunno.
My vote’s No, it should not be a crime. Maybe if in a rape case, but if someone chose to have unprotected sex then they chose their fate.
