so my car broke down 2 hours from my house… took it to a shop.

i needed a new belt.

they tried to tell me i needed a new tension’er or something…

i call up don, and told him about what the sales guy said, don told me to ask to see the tech and ask him some specific questions…

i talk to the tech and checked out what don told me to look for…

as it turns out i dont need the part at all. the sales guy was trying to rip me off.

cliff notes: don is not only great in the blo area, he works like a charm in long distance relationships :pimp:

Most shops will replace the tensioner as SOP, because once you are in there the labor to replace it is FREE, and usually the tensioners aren’t that expensive

the were going to charge me an additional 250… and the tech said it was absolutly fine… :gotme:

good deal. my gf was at the stealership a few weeks ago and i got into it with the fuck holes for selling her parts that she didnt need.
