Looking for a TIG Welder

I am looking to buy a TIG welder. I only want an invertor, not a transformer!! I Am mostly interested in a Thermal Arc 300gtsw with torch, pedal and regulator. Also if anyone knows a place that sells good used welding equipment please let me know.
