I need to find an apartment by May 1st.
I have a large dog and a cat.
No other preferences.
Looking around $600 range.
Driveway would be nice but not necessity.
Location doesn’t matter. I work in Williamsville so anywhere that’s not too far away would be fine. Buffalo, Cheektowaga, W.S., etc?

$650 a month, Virginia Rd., Cheektowaga, right on the border of Williamsville.

if only there was a site that people posted apartments and houses for rent. my name is craig, and this is my list.
boxxa, have you been on craigslist? everything on there is a scam, or garbage. i’m not looking for an apartment complex, which leaves next to nothing. half the ads on there are “too good to be true” apartments with sketchy email addresses. i came here, and look, i got an apartment.

Ive rented to, and rented from CL apartments multiple times without stumbling across any sketchy situations, maybe I just had good luck.
Purchasing houses on there is another story lol.
I will vouch for Jordan’s properties. They are updated, clean and he handles things quickly when problems should arise.
My friend Sarah rents from him and loves her place.
I have found multiple apartments and great land lords on CL. Never any issues unless you are responding to the “OWN THIS HOUSE FOR $200 A MONTH!” scams or are paying the application fees which if you do, then you shouldn’t be allowed on the internet.

no i was looking at the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, not in a complex, who accept dogs and cats. most were fake apartments, with a random email address as the only contact. the pictures didn’t match the description of the apartment and they all included bullshit like pools spa gym shit.
