Well the time has finally come, me and my wife have found a home we both love with plenty of property.
I am looking for suggestions for contractors or companies that can build what I want.
Looking to do an open layout 40’x70’-80’.
Anybody know where to start looking? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Dimensions make it sound like it’s going to be a pole barn. In the process of working with a company right now. Will let you know what I find out.

I probably wont be much help on getting a structure up since mine was built by two guys that are apparently too swamped to take any more work on, plus its too far out of their area.
However, I will be happy to help answer any questions etc if you have them.

Arc-tek construction out of Elma did mine. They do awesome work. I highly recommend them.
I’m not sure when you are planning to do this, but he usually has a few lined up for spring. PM me and I can get you more details.

As far as time frame I’d like to do it as soon as the snow is gone, as with the few contractors I’ve spoken with said it “was” possible to construct in the winter months, the cost was greater.
