I’m sorry, but the kids and parents should be punished. There should be a cause and effect for everything. You choose to not pay attention in school, therefore not get a good job, therefore don’t have the money for a house in a certain area? That’s too bad. You shouldn’t get help for it.
There should be a punishment for failure. But there isn’t. It’s handouts. I can’t do it myself so I need a handout.
