there is a problem with that you said…classifying a neighborhood as “ghetto” is being judgmental of it’s residence when in fact some of them are trying to get out of there and better themselves or at least get their kids away from that. Thats exactly why there is always such a big fuss about things like this. There are kids in those neighborhoods that want to learn just as much as any other kid
