there may be families in those places that want to get out and want to better themselves are few and far between and this wonderful country that we live in wants to reach out and help out those ones that want to better themselves however there are too many that dont give a shit and will just live off the system that fall into the same category. Its a no win situation.
The reality of it is is that is it really worth helping the very few and letting the majority just take advantage.
that is just a fact of life that has been going on since time started…a good example royal families keep being royal families because of who they are. Its exactly the same now as it has always been, thats just life. Very few start from the bottom and get to the top although some do there are very few.
