If your in your “peak” when you mash on the pedal your tires spin because your in your range where you make the most power, you shift your still spinning and bareley going anywhere…

If you start below your power band your not torquing as much the car build up momentum and wont spin as bad , when you go into 3rd it will spin but feather the gas to keep yourself from blowing sideways and loosing momentum

It’s not Need for speed, you dont just floor and and wiggle around everywhere while still doing 100+mph
