It takes crazy patience. You cant just quit your job and be an agent either. Your first sale could take six months - year. You need a good client base, and agents fizzle out quick.
My moms owns “Heartland Home Properties” and does very well. She also works 80 hour weeks. I just do it as a side gig underneath her company.

I was sitting in a lawn chair in Wal Mart talking with CrazYZ when this was going down. I thought he was joking at first:lol
Nope, not a joke at all, there were at least 4 or 5 cars there, with a total of 7-8 officers at one point. Ya swore we were trying to blow the place up while selling crack to kids and screaming fuck teh police. I told the one guy, im like christ i just got the car out and we wanted to take some pics!

I was at my work in the gated off, security-monitored premises taking pics… I then later figured out how to adjust my exposure time :lol FMMFL.
If it was going to be nice tonight, i’d say lets get together and get some pics of our cars, but the weather is looking to be absolute BULL SHIT! I was just out getting pizza and drops were beginning to come down.
No biggie though… i’ll take a warm rain over snow and freezing conditions and road salt anyday.
