I’ve been building it up, but it kind of took a back burner when I started modding the FJ.
so far I’ve swapped in a 4AGE thats balanced and blueprinted, TRD valvesprings, headwork, running Mikuni 44 sidedraft carbs and MSD ignition, 4-1 header and a Trust DD exhaust. still needs a tune, but I need to fiddle with the charging system before i can do that.
Ive got a GTS LSD rear end with disc brakes sitting in my garage, swift rear springs, paradise front coilovers, KYB AGX for all 4 corners, CF hood, etc…
I also picked up a set of 15x9 Epsilons with crazy offset. heres a pic of em…

4age is FI stock. this is converted to sidedrafts. Its an easier swap because corolla sr5’s are carb’d and need all the fuel lines and wiring to get em working right with a 4age. Plus they sound and look awesome :tong

ITB’s are really common for drag cars…esp K-series from what ive seen on the K20 forum a lot of people who are big on drag or track racing do them like this…
