allright I think I read your first post a little differently than you had meant me to, The amount of air molecules does mean somthing to a point, his rods are stock 20mm forged I belive, so they can take some abuse as I’ve been told, but with another set of rods, and the fuel to mix with it, you could run more boost and then obviously make more power. what rods do you have in the 3/s now? and 650-750awhp is alot :wow
Correct. The air molecules make a difference if the motor/supporting components can handle it. Basically, the most power at the LOWEST boost pressure is the key. Fortunately, my car is able to make quite a bit of power/boost on the stock block. The problem is there is quite a bit lower amount of boost this car can handle on pump gas vs other cars. I mean, upgraded turbos/intake/upgraded MAF/FMIC and I run less boost than stock EVOs. :wtf

The car won’t make 750AWHP. The setup is good for right around 700AWHP but the motor would be suspect if knock occured at that amount of power.

wow thats alot for a bone stock motor, ever think of building the block then going for more power? well of course you thought of it but ever considdered it?
No. A 130MPH+ trapping 2TON car is more than enough for me. But, the 3/S stock block went MID 9s @ 150MPH.
I can’t imagine some of these Honda boys sliding all over the road but my AWD car going sideways on pump gas from a roll is scary.
yeah this year i had a scare or 2 already. its really fun, but sometimes too scary to do often. I was thinking the other day, i go like 170+ on the highway… no cop could catch me, then i realized how likely i would be to crash trying to run at that speed, and decided that i might just pull over and live to tell the story.
