These tires are way different than what i’m use to. The BFG DR’s blew off, and the first few runs i was having trouble getting use to the traction. After i gave up on the 2 step launches that were causing me to bog the runs got better, when the driver mod was working. Atleast i hit into the 11’s tonight, the tires held up well… seems like they are going to last alot longer than the BFG’s. Hopefully i’ll be back next week starting at 11.9 and working my way down. I’m scared to 2 step at like 8k… really don’t feel like ordering new hassport axles.

i know how that is… my first run was my best and i have no clue wat i did that was so right. after that it was wheel hop every run!
my best was 13.9 at 102 on all motor then on nitrous 13.9 @105 :headbang shouldent nitrous do more than that :nuts i wish i could fucking hook . the best race was on the way home against a blue hatch back with a big shoot of n20 he pulled up next to me then launched i had to reach in the back and turn on my bottle then spray i was right next to him i passed him at 120mph and kept pulling untill 150mph then my exit i had to slow done for .
it is weird that you only gained 3mph, and it didnt better your time. Unless you hit it early and spun most of the track, but i doubt it… what size shot are you running

I only broke 13s once. I was spinning all the way down the track, even roasted 4th a couple times.

i did hit it early when i stoped spining in 3rd from all motor then i hit the n20 it would just break loos and spin then hook in 4th the track seems slipery . on the highway n2o felt great . but at the track not so much :wtf . im runing 50 shot my last run with n20 i ran slower than with out 14.2 at 102 :wtf
Achievable on street tires, definitely need some seat time though. Should be easy to get 11’s with DR’s. Get one of those wheel-hop be gone kits…I forget what they are called.

yea I need delrin bushing kit, and the billetflow diff brace, THEN I can start rompin on it. Oh and short throw would prob help a bit too.
yah, those M/T ET streets seriously suprised me. 2nd gear was hooking pretty good on the passenger side and pulling me over a bit. I really don’t feel like buying an aftermarket dif for a shitty tranny so i gotta live with it and just try to get the 60’s down.
yah i duno what the deal was, i’m not use to traction in 1st so i was thinking 4 or 5k would build enough boost to spin then hook enough, but it seemed to fall on its face. 7K just seems like it will break something but i could try it. Next week i’m gonna let me car cool down before i run it, gets pretty hot on the trip there and then theres not many people there yet so i got 3 runs in like 45min.
