M50nv turbo project. BMW gurus please chime in.

So I have the itch for some more power out of my E36. Its a 92 325is (M50 non-vanos) with 130K, perfect compression on all cylinders and ready to take on some boost. I need to replace the clutch so I figure I could pull the motor and trans together to make everything a little easier and change the clutch at the same time as putting the turbo system on. My goal is 400whp and DDability. This is a list of what I have in mind:

SC61 Turbo 4” inlet 2.5”outlet
SPA Manifold
Custom Down pipe
Custom Exhaust (3”)
Wallbro 255 fuel pump
38mm wastegate
BOV (recommendations?)
3.5” HFM (depends on tuning)
ARP head studs
MLS Head gasket
TRM engine mount
42lb injectors
24x12x3” Ebay intercooler
Ebay Intercooler pipes
Clamps/couplings/etc
Foam air filter
Spark plugs
Stock ECU. Custom tune (still looking into options)

VDO gauges (Boost, oil temp, oil pressure)
Wideband (recommendations?)
MBC (recommendations?)
Clutch (recommendations?)

Everything is going to be DIY as I am capable of doing the labor but the tune will be left to a pro. Im not sure if I should keep the M50NV or swap in an M52. Im trying to stay on a budget so an S50/52 is out but I dont really see too many people boosting 325’s. I figure I can purchase an M52 and swap it and then sell the m50nv to recoup most of the cost of the M52. Does anyone see anything that I am missing? Comments and Criticism welcome along with recomendations.

Tuning is the worst part of boosting a BMW, but since you’re OBD1 you can just run Megasquirt

Bump… anyone?
