Mac Motorcycles - Saw them in the UK

I like the way this bike looks, I have had this style in my head for a while. I would like to build one of the same style. But I would like a single sided swing arm, twist clutch, buell front end, and other changes.

So simple and clean. This would make for a great cruiser!

EDIT: I’d still however much rather build a cheap cafe or bobber for pennies on the dollar.

i love the styling but i cant get over that wittle thumper lol

yea… it would be fun around town… but thats about it.

Wheres the motor and trans?

You have to zoom in and blow up the picture to see it but it’s there.:ham:

I like it…
Just last night, I was trying to think of a way to get a monoshock setup on my '75 kawi.

the first one looks like a honda 919 tank, the second one looks like a 70’s cb750 tank. I dig the look of both bikes, but don’t know how I feel about a single cylinder at this day and age for a road bike.

(dream land) I think when I build mine, I am going to use a CR230F motor with a big bore kit, and reverse the head (to point the carb the other way.)

twist clutch? thats a new one for me. I guess thats how they do the ‘shaved’ handle bar look then. never really put too much thought into it.

yeah, the devil is in the details.

oh.

i was expecting a cream white bike with an ipod dock and a metrosexual operator

this

15hp?

my guess is hp is 30-40 max… how bad would you feel if you got passed by one of these on a roadcourse?

EDIT… 34 hp according to one site… my guess is is boogies pretty well around town.

Dont believe me, ask anybody whos never ridden and jumped on a 125 2 stroke dirtbike or 250 4 stroke… im sure it moves just fine.

I think that would get boring quickly

quoted from another site…

In reference to questions about the engine, this is from their website:

“Stock motors produce 34 HP at 6500 RPM but a bolt-on big-bore kit (515 cc), Andrews Cams, a Mikuni HSR 42 carb’, Screamin’ Eagle ignition and a Supertrapp exhaust will produce around 50 HP at 7200 RPM. A Blast running an NRHS 515 kit set a record at Bonneville in the 650 class”

As the press release says, “Depending on your preferred specification and tuning options …” so it looks like you can get the high spec engine right from them.

Besides, just how much horsepower do you think you’re actually using from your 180hp race replica when you’re riding on public roads?

In reference to the many of you who always believe the price is too high and it should be offered at less than half of the quoted price (no matter what it happens to be), try to do that yourself, become a “doer.” You’ll quickly learn a lot about running a business and find out out why things cost what they do.

lol if the price is tooo high, they’ll learn a thing about a failing business too. meh oh well best of luck to them…

ive been on a couple 250cc 2 stroke dirt bikes and when i wrapped the throttle it was like getting bucked by a fucking horse, def. more reactive than my sport bike

what do these cost?
