I’m not saying this to start more BS, but police are trained to shoot to kill not wound. If they are drawing their weapon they are doing so to stop a threat and they do so permanently. Could there been more discretion in this situation, maybe, but none of us were there to witness and say for certain either way.

i agree, but if they tazed this guy already and he was running towards another cop, then why is the cop who shot and killed this man on trial for manslaughter?
