wow sweet truck…but GMC > silverado

anyone know where i can get a clean stock 74 GMC jimmy?? my dad had one for 23 years and it ran strong all the way. i want that truck back! haha gmc ftw!!

the only thing that makes gmc better is the loks, nothing else is better.

so did it get the tune yet?

wasnt there actually a difference with frames back in the day. liek around when C10s and C15s were made?

not that i ever seen.

heard about that before, when GMC wasnt mirror images of the chevys that the GMC was more of a stronger made truck [workhorse]

I think in the 67-72 trucks, the chevy had rear coils, the gmc had leaf springs

no

No, even some of the Chevy’s had leaf springs in the 1/2 ton trucks. It was an option called a “Heavy Half”. GMC and Chevy both came stock with coils in the 1/2 tons, leafs on the 3/4 and 1 ton trucks.
