This is a FREE event!! And thru sponsors we will try to provide lunch and drinks… If enough sponsorship, we will also provide dinner to all the drivers who purchased the T-shirts (Back of the T-shirts will have all the sponsors name, logo, and web address). Its a way to thank them all.
As of now, Rotary Extreme, RotoSport, HinsonSuperCar, and possibly RX7store, RX7trix, and working on few other vendors.
There will be door prizes and only to Drivers w/ T-shirt will qualify.
I know the title says Rotaries… but Its opened to rotaries and all the EX- Rotary cars (V8s).Brian Hinson is coming out w/ their LS1 FD3s and other V8 RX7s were interested in coming to this event.
Fontanna Village is our main place to stay and the director of Group Reservation gave us an awesome deal.
Cabins (All) are LOW season Rate minus 15%.
Regular Inn Rooms are Low Season Rate minus 25%
Fire Place and Honeymoon Inn Rooms are Low Season Rate minus 15%

alright, here is a hint to getting people even remotely interested. I bet you most of the board does not even know what Deals Gap is, no one on the board even knows who you are, and no one here knows any of the other drivers.
So to get more people involved, show them what deals gap is, get involved in the community(ie tell people about the site, get involved in coversations, show us what you are about), and last but not least talk about the safety and about the drivers.
I would think about doing this if I knew i was going with cool people and not a bunch of 16 year olds in daddys rx7.

in short note, its one of the most interesting place in USA. 11 miles long and 318 turns. I was there this past weekend and we were making 15-16 minute passes… thats turn every 3 seconds…
