Idk whats available for neons. I had an safc II a while back and got rid of it. 12 pts of fuel correction is ok but not great. Idk if they would work on neons but i’d much rather go with an emanage at least. Or see what you can dig up as far a chipped ecu for whatever you’re planning on doing.
you MUST cut the 90 off and weld a straight piece about 2 inches long to it tthen machine a flange for your 60mm tb to gain anthing from the stock intake manifold.
hell i even cut the 90 off my indy manifold on my 2.4t
