In regards to your questions… I personally have been to Greensboro, NC I lived in East Tennessee for about 3 yrs ( near Boone, NC ) I have lived in PA for 18 yrs…
So in my opinion I LIKE Pittsburgh… though
I HATE THE ROAD CONDITIONS ( you people know what I’m taking about )
People here aren’t that inviting to others ( no hand waves when you drive by like in the south ) but they lighten up after you meet em’.
In regards to theives----there are everywhere you go!
The car scene has lightened up since the last few yrs but is growing strong again.
