Microsoft Excel Question

im creating an if statement and im wondering if this is even possible cus i cant even find an answer on google. the statement is basically: if the value is true, then strikethrough a range of different cells. i cant seem to find a way to strikethrough the cell though. im not sure if it’s possible. let me know if anyone knows how. thanks

Conditional formatting of the cell maybe? Been awhile since I’ve done this kind of work with Excel.

thought of that, but i need a range of many different cells to strikethrough if the value is true. and conditional formatting wont go the distance.

I dont think anything other than conditional formatting will do it. You’re either going to have to go through all the cells and apply the conditional formatting to them all, or think of another way to convey that those numbers shouldnt be used in lieu of the strikethrough.

thanks guys

macros… k bye google it
