Microsoft Infopath 2007

Anyone know if it’s possible in the 07 version to actually set an image in the background and put text fields, etc. on top of it?

I’ve got a pre-made document that I’m currently using Acrobat with where I’ve scanned the document and placed input fields over it. But, I can’t export that data to other Microsoft software once it’s on the form.

Bump for the day crew

no idea. unfortunately i think you might have to re-create the form using excel ,or something of the like, and use that to link the data to other software packages… you can also create a simple vb program to accept input fields to be put into a database… any programmer on here can do that for you in 5 min… the backed would be simple and the front end can be coded to be idiot proof(which is good if you have other people using the program)

I’m sure if you make a sample document, and email it to me. I can have this solved within 15 minutes

OK, let me explain what I’m looking for and if you can help me ILCisDEAD, that would be awesome:

The document is a credit application for Key Bank. I can’t just re-create it since the bank makes us send them the EXACT form back every time. So right now at work everyone is filling out the form by hand… which takes tons of time and generally sucks.

I made a quick PDF for them to fill out and print, but they can’t export that data or save it… only print it. So I’m looking for it to act as a input form OR be able to import data from another input source (likely and MS Office product.)

I started working at a friends finance company and stepped into the dark ages here :stuck_out_tongue:
