sounds like its your word against his. If your girl doesnt lie and say you pulled the gun, you should be ok, because no other witnesses + no evidence + the other guy is a crackhead = reasonable doubt. The law is set up to let 10 guilty men go free before it puts one innocent man in jail. But still, you never know what some hick ass judge is gonna do. I wish you the best of luck. I’ve had legal preceedings hanging over my head before, it sucks.

Well it was my arrrighnment and court is may 13th so my laywer will try to get the charges dropped then or pleaded down,he,s telling me that i could go to jail but not likely but my judge is a bitch! As far as the ones who r accusing me of this,well she is on crack now and he is in jail for crack agian,so hopefully the jury will see that he is a nobody felon peice of shit and that she is lying her ass off and a noobie crack head! This stress is killing me!!!
