Well i have my court tomorrow and if i get found guilty of these ridiculous charges i will be going to jail. The kid who is pressing these charges on me is in jail right now for drug relateed charges and he will be there tomorrow lying his ass off to get me put in jail. He said i poulled my gun on him and now i have terroistic threats along with harrasement and wreckless endangerment. If i go it will suck!

Story is…i was trying to talk to my ex girl and he was with her,we got into a fight of words with eachother and next thing i know whitehall police are calling me up and saying i pulled my gun on him n told him i was going to kill him,now they both know i carry a gun and she know exactly what it looks like and they both told the police that i pulled it,but she said she didn,t see anythign and they are still using her as a witness. He is a crackhead and a felon along with being back in jail for drug charges,now i gotta go to court tomorrow and see if i,m going to jail for these fucking charges!!! My attorney is gary ogg from THe FIRM.
that sucks… especailly charges of pulling a gun. i know a guy who got 3 yrs in a min security for pulling a gun in an argument. well thats the story that we know anyway

im not 100% sure on what the story is with the guy i know… i havent gotten the clear story out of him. but he told us he was in an argument and pulled a gun. that doesnt sound like 3 years worth of jail though. there has to be more

The supposed witness is my ex,but she didn,t see anything and denys knowing that she knew what my firearm looked like. And what do yo umean by no witnesses no problam? When i went to court in whitehall they wouldn,t drop any charges at the arrignment
Bring up the fact that she was your EX gf and she is a stupid lying cunt for not knowing what the gun looks like.

no you dont understand… she swa the gun when he supposidly pulled it on the crackhead. about not seeing it was when they were still dating meaning if he didnt pull it, she wouldnt be able to identify it
