the main jet is for full throttle. if it’s not revving out and sounds dull then lean it out. you say it’s sluggish to, that probably a combination of the needle and pilot. set air screw while engine is hot, turn it till you get the highest idle. the pilot and air screw are for off idle response. they overlap into the needle and slide which are midrange, which overlap into the main jet for top end.

i dropped it off at barnhart’s honda suzuki in ruff creek, pa i tried everything and it couldnt get it to stay running now. it would start then shut back off
do you think maybe the sluggish bottom end was going from a 32mm kehnin to a 38mm mikuni?
