Mild steel Mandrel bent U's and J's

Hello all,

I’m having a real time finding this in Toronto and surrounding. I have found a couple places but it needs to be special ordered and takes over a week. Anyone know a place that stocks bends or can make me some bends on the spot. I stress it must be Mild Steel and not SS or aluminum.

AFAIK, there is only one mandrel pipe bender in Ontario and quite possibly Canada for that matter.

Chances are, you’ll have to order pieces from a US supplier.

Or just soft bend the pipes as most places will do this without resorting to crushed bends.

ummm i’ll agree with jeff on this one…i seen it in his shop and i personally know of 2 more in the kitchener area aswell.

y not aluminum, i can get those for a good price in various sizes

MS is for Girls…

SS/AL/Ti is the only way to go.

I ended up getting SS bends. Mild is over priced.
