Quoted for truth. We supply to many military projects/DFAR compliance projects and I have seen offshore components for similar applications, its certainly not up to par.
Was it a critical part? Or was it something non-critical?
Look at Walter Reed medical center… you think the U.S. government gives two shits? Injured soldiers from the middle-east expected top-notch care when they came back to the U.S. but they were greeted with a rat infested hospital in very poor condition. Billions spent and our injured soldiers didn’t even have a quality hospital to recover in.
