There’s not enough room for a second nut but I have had good luck with nylon locking nuts. I will toss them on as the others loosen up :tup:
No tune yet, still waiting to do a cam/injectors before I get one. I understand that I can benefit from it with just a pulley but I am happy with how it’s driving right now.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention that I also installed my steering wheel. I had a flat wheel with a shitty quick release on it but the tiny bit of play in it was driving me nuts.

My dad bought a Mini to replace his e36 last fall, was a 2002 with launch package, no winters, 27k miles and extra set of wheels/tires and car cover. Silver/black. I think it has a short throw shifter. He paid $9k which I thought was fair as its not a boosted one. I have to say though, the car is a blast to drive even if it is a bit slow. If I didn’t need to have a truck I would be looking to pick up one of these.
Even the non boosted Cooper’s are super fun to drive! A larger rear sway bar would do him wonders if he wants to improve the handling a bit.
That cage makes me want one. Where did you get yours from? I’m assuming they make one for the r56 too. Nice numbers my mini is 267whp 278wtq. Your car just looks sickkkk.
Nice man, that’s big power! The cage was built by Filthy Habits (@BREETIME on here). I would highly recommend going the custom route after seeing one of the Autopower cages in person.
Little exhaust update here. I had Filthy Habits build a test pipe to replace my second cat so the exhaust is now fully catless.
Right now I have a Megan Racing 4-1 header, Filthy Habits test pipe, and a Filthy Habits cat back (test pipe back now). It’s about 30% louder without the cat and shoots fireballs at high RPM’s. Here’s a sound clip:
