Hey All,
As some may know HP had some major problems with laptops in the late 2000s. I was one of them and never registered the product so was never aware of the law suit until after it was over. Long story short it overheats and doesn’t power up properly. Similar to the red ring of death on the xbox 360. I have since taken it apart to put the hard drive in an external case to use it as an external on my desktop and am working on getting a control board for the monitor to use as an external monitor. With that being said everything else is up for grabs if anyone is in the market for anything. Some of the items are below. Everything is “make an offer”
- 1GB Ram DDR2 (I have 2 of these)
- Disc Drive (Model TS-L632) DVD+RW w/ Lightscribe

- Keyboard
- Mother board(if anyone wants to try a reflow and fix it)
- Misc ports (usb, audio in, audio out chip boards, etc)
