Ive only had them for about 14 months. No rips or tears. If you have a smaller room or apt, this is a good sized set and doesn’t take over the whole room.

This is like the 5th one of these posts I want to buy but A) No truck and B) No idea if it will fit up the north buffalo hallways
These too are in North Buffalo, and on the 3rd floor of my house. The furniture can be dismantled with a few 14mm bolts and reassembled. I can get a pic of my set up later if you are interested.
