Now, this begs the question… who failed more?
The person who DECORATED the cake? I mean, sure, common sense should dictate that it wasn’t supposed to be there, but their job is to write everything that’s provided on the form. What if it was some inside joke and they edited it and RUINED the cake… I think if it were my job, I’d just follow the form.
The person who filled out the form/took the order. This could be an employee or CUSTOMER, or even the decorator. Either way, some asshole sucks at spelling “underneath”.
