oh man, money wasted

check out wreckedexotics.com, they have lots of pics of nice cars all totaled

i wonder what they do with the wrecked car now? parts out?

nice vid, i recognized some of the cars from vids.

lol that merc was funny, was that a huge cell phone sticking out of it?

i bet ferrari is crying right now, wishing they didn’t make the enzo so limited and hard to obtain, its the most crashed exotic i have seen.lol

Altimaze i agree with you, thats why i drive a bike.lol if i crash it i either die or i just have to get new frame kit for $300.lol

They probably aren’t. I’m pretty sure a crash to an exotic car is HUGE free publicity for them. First what happens is, the onlooker sees the car crashed and thinks what a shame it is to have such a nice car crashed. They say they wish they had one. Some people will actually surf to their site to see more about the car. Then on the flip side, the rarity of the car goes up big time, so the resale value of the car also goes up. Again people look into other Ferrari cars as a comparison.
I’ve read and/or seen clips about a few of the cars in that vid before I’ve even seen this. I can tell you that I wouldn’t waste my time reading up on a Honda Civic that got into a crash… Happens every day… But an Enzo Ferrari or a Lamborghini Murcielago, Now that has my attention. Makes me wish I had one even more and gives me a bigger drive to getting a Lambo.

^^^ i see what you are saying makes sense, but its rare when its "seen’ least, but if its in crashed exotics all the time, from my stand point of view i see it as a exotic to turn away from. 1. if i see them crashing all the time, i’d think man these cars suck, why are they always crashing(forget driver error) secondly, if you are seeing them so often in accident pics, how does that make them rare? other than the fact there will be less of them around.lol

to me “rare” is somthing you see the least in your life time.

The reason you see them crashing is 95% because of driver error.
Out of all those clips, there were like two that weren’t driver error. Both of the cars just ignited in the engine bay and I believe they were both Ferraris.
But come on, they are not crashing because of the car. There’s a point when physics takes over and you can’t pull back a car from a quick T in the road (First Lime Lambo) after doing 100+MPH on a small street.

They don’t seem rare because you see them crashing. They are in the truest sense rare, because you only see a few getting in crashes, and the few that crash get big spotlight.

If you have 2 cars and 1 gets in a crash, the 1 crashed will be publicised because it’s a rare car
If you have 1000 cars, and 500 get in crashes, you won’t hear anything because it’s not a rare car.

There are also a lot more of them crashing now because of these various facts

  • The amount of drivers on the road have taken a huge leap upwards in the past few years
  • Driver intelligence has dropped significantly in the past few years, or at least the drivers on the road that are new don’t have much training, and the veteren drivers are driving to avoid this stupid new drivers

Stupid new drivers fall into cash and buy the best car they can. They think they’re all big and bad showing off to their friends. They push it beyond its physical limits and they don’t know what to do to bring it back because they don’t have training. (this is just one scenario)

Poor cars.

i wounder what some of the accident ratings are on these exotic cars.
