oh man, i just got back… totally insane. you should drive up for the parade!
my unemployment got all fucked up and I ended up being shorted my benefits for the entire month of January. i.e. I got fucked out of $1200. I’ve been eating canned tuna and ramen soup all week.
i was about 5 blocks from forbes and it sounded like i was in the stadium after the game. fireworks, gun shots, fires in the street. pure insanity

Yeah parade starts at Mellon Arena at 11am then goes to Point State park if I am not mistaken!
It was crazy here in our neighborhood…“Bob’s Lounge” (greensburg pike) is two houses down from our house, every drunk in there came out of the bar into the parking lot hooping and hollering, people out on their decks and front porches screaming their heads off waving towels, fireworks going off everywhere! LOVE IT!!!
