yea, they’ll film a lot of movies in Pittsburgh, but will either

  1. Say it takes place somewhere else

or

  1. Show scenes of places that are said to be in Pittsburgh, but are actually shot somewhere in New York or San Francisco or something

The Fish That Saved Pittsburgh

That movie is funny as hell, It has Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in it

Mothman Prophecies had like a week worth of shooting in Pittsburgh. The rest was all in Kittanning. Fucking assholes had our only bridge closed for a month and a half to do that final scene. The completly redid half the towns store fronts, and they ordered food from us all the time. I made and delivered a calzone for Richard Gere. And before I made it, I scratched my balls really good and didnt wash my hands, so Richard Gere has tasted my ballsweat.

no wonder his acting went downhill from there

:mikestaintkilledthemoviestar:

milk money great movie when i was youngin

filmed in crammedberry

haha. there was this little skater kid that though he was badass, and would scream RICHARD GERE IS A QUEER! when they were rolling. The director asshole would get all mad and security would take off after him.

supposedly this kid i worked w/ claimed richard gere parked his black caddy in his yard for the entire filming

his name is joe ? know of a dork named that 20y/o ?

I was in high school when Bill Murray was shooting Kingpin. That year at the World Series, a USA Today reporter asked him what team he was cheering for (as he sat next to Ted Turner). His response:

“I’m pulling for Mars.”

The comedic genius was sporting his Mars High Baseball cap.

waterfront steel mills, before they tore em down

GUNG HO was filmed at my dads job…west milin GM plant

my next door neighbor was in Diabolique also. He was an extra and was in the final cuts during a lunch room scene. They paid him pretty well to sit there and eat. He has a pic with sharon stone also where she is licking another kids ear. Too bad the movie sucked. I was also an extra in Sudden Death but no where to be seen. Since they couldn’t fill mellon area with extras we kept having to move from side to side depending on which way they had the cameras aimed. The entire upper portions were filled with fake wooden cut outs too. My dad tried to take ones for me and my sister but they wouldn’t let him. bummer.
