MSA Dump Trailer

Item: 2009 MSA Dump Trailer
Price: $5,500.00

As promised in my previous thread, I would be selling some tools / equipment. This is one that, as much as I’d like to keep, I just won’t use it enough to justify it. If memory serves, I paid almost $ 10K for this new. It was primarily used for material / equipment transport and demolition hauling and disposal. I really haven’t used it much for the past couple years as we got out of roofing projects and I had a small dumpster dropped at my shop so we really didn’t use it for demo disposal anymore either. My buddy (the Christmas Tree Farm / landscaper guy) has been keeping it as his place in Hamburg and has been using it as he needs it. Here are a couple pics. below. I added the top rails (and I have the red stain at my shop to complete the rails) and a roll tarp setup to it. Tarp is in fair condition but makes cover and uncovering a breeze. The battery is new last summer (I believe) and the brakes need some attention. Tires are in excellent condition. Not a lot of rust, as one might expect.

This is a well built trailer and not like a lot of the dump trailers you see out there new for the money I’m asking. I have dumped more than one 10,000 lb. load and most trailers out there can’t touch that. Has (6) D rings for equipment tie down and I’ve hauled bobcats and mini excavators with no problems. It’s a lower trailer than most so it makes loading and using the ramps much easier.

Sorry I don’t have better pics.

Thanks mang.

I really wish that I had the space/tow vehicle/extra cash for this. I have so many needs for it, and I am sure could rent it out to keep it useful.

I’ll leave it at my house and drop it off for you when you need it. Two problems solved.

Why don’t you keep it at your place and rent it out? Probably make that $5500 back fairly quickly

Side view of said trailer, it tows nice and im 99% sure you can fit a datsun Z / miata sized car in the back. Redneck car hauler!

No i haven’t tried to get my car in there yet.

I would but you know how people treat shit when it doesn’t belong to them. And yes, I once transported a Toyota Camry with it.

$5500 dollar deposit?

Cash works. When do you need it and for how long?

I will likely need it in the spring/summer time for a weekend or two. Going to buy up a bunch of stuff at a nursery and get about 5 loads of mulch.

This sounds like a perfect purchase for you. Free delivery.

Saw this in person. It is a SOLID well built trailer. It is in unbelievably good shape. I own a 2011 Sure Trac Dump that is already rusting and looks way more used than this one, even though I only use mine a couple times a month.

My current truck won’t “legally” tow this due to the payload I carry daily in the truck. But I have a feeling I’m going to regret not buying this.

You should buy it. Don’t live a life of regret. Going to put it on CL soon.

Spoken for.

I think I saw this out today… new owner already had new decals on it?

Yeah, A good friend of mine. I really wanted him to get it but he didn’t commit until this spring. He owns Cooper Ridge Nurseries and Landscaping in Hamburg. Really great guy. Knows his shit too.
