fyi…i believe its illegal to sell used airbags in nys…which is why i have one from my s10 sitting on the shelf.

Hmm I don’t know if it is illegal to sell them, or just illegal to ship them? I said F-it and sold 2 sets from mustangs anyways on ebay. lol
The law is that you have to use a new airbag when replacing them in NY state. Most other states allow used airbags. It is illegal to repack an airbag anywhere in the US. You can ship an airbag anywhere, you just need a special explosion proof box (not to hard to get actually), and you need to ship it with hazardous endorsements. Fedex and UPS both take airbags. I used to sell salvage auto parts, and we sold quite a bit of airbags. We just couldn’t ship them to addresses in NY state.
