Never thought I’d say this: I love that F-150’s interior. Very jet cockpit. What do you have to spend, about $40k, to get that interior with the black leather pinstripes and all the blinky lights?
That really wasn’t what I was getting at but since you brought it up I’d like to point out that Honda Ridgeline and Ford F150 have you beat on that one.
…TRD superchargerToyota began selling a bolt-on TRD supercharger kit for the 5.7-liter V8 Tundra during June 2008. Power output is increased to 504 hp (376 kW) and 550 pound-feet (750 N·m) of torque. When the installation is carried out by a Toyota dealership the existing warranty remains intact.[21] This kit features Eaton’s TVS Roots-type supercharger which utilizes twin four-lobe rotors, a design shared with the newly introduced Toyota TRD Aurion, Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 and Cadillac CTS-V.[22] MSRP for the kit is set at $5,875.
I drove a super charged Toyota a while back and the whine was surprisingly loud, to the point it was annoying. Just keep that in mind. It was a Tacoma so maybe it was not the same. (?)
Also, you can most likely find the s/c from a third party and still have the dealer install. It will save some cost and you still maintain factory warranty because of the dealer install. If you install yourself or have another shop do it, you only get a 1 year 12k mile warranty and the rest of your warranty is then void.

Most likely had a cold air intake on it. With the stock airbox/filter the whine is very dull. It is less noticeable in Tundras from all the videos I have seen with them on.
 to TRD Supercharger, i have personally driven one that also had a TRD cold air intake and it was snappy. I do not recall how noisy it was, but i do remember that the customer was back into the shop 3-4 times with some kind of issues.
Although he looked to be an inbred fuck with more money than he knew what to do with
You drive this to work? Aren’t trucks supposed to just sit around for the times you need them? I don’t get this. I can see having a few trucks around, having a nice DD, and then of coarse a car collection. I think we need to make an auto forum for car enthusiasts and one for everybody else.
