Putting together the engine stand. She learned what a bolt, washer and nut are, used the socket wrench, and even started threading a nut on by herself. Not bad for a 3.5 year old. 
mr. engineer needed directions to put an engine stand together. hahahaha
kids will suck up info on everything at young ages

I least I can almost get away with banging my little helpers girlfriends. One more year, and they’ll all be 18.
For the rest, I have an apprentice whom is still in highschool.
