All of the work looks as nice in person as it does in the pics
wow, looks great
WOW…your seller pulled $19k profit out in 2 years. Nice time to cash out…2007. Almost like they timed the recession.
$66k assessment and taxes are $3.7k??? Makes me want to move out of state so bad! My friend in VA is looking at $350k houses with property tax coming in well below what your paying. 8(
FUUUUUUU NY!
Anyhow, not to shit up your thread…the house looks amazing! That garage will probably be the selling point that makes a NYSpeed member buy it.
Great house, at a great price. A lot of work that went into this house, to make if from a good house, to an awesome house.
X…
This place looks legit as hell great work man. Previous owner of my place did the same thing opening up the kitchen and it was a main selling point for me. I am sure it will bring $$$ and attract buyers for you as well.
Decent area of cheektavegas, kitchen and living area were definitely baller when I was there last. 404: No flamingo’s found.
yes but $175k in buffalo will get you a nicer place than $350 will in va beach. not to mention hampton roads sucks
$3700 looks like a damn bargain compared to the taxes on the houses I am looking at now. FU NY is right.
Never said VA beach. This example needs some finishing touches but nothing says baller like 12 acres, 7k square feet, view of a the Potomac on multiple levels, 3 fireplaces, 4 bedrooms 4.5 baths.
$2.3k taxes. You tellin me NY ain’t doing it wrong??? I’ll say it again…FUUUU NY.
Sweet place man.
I told my wife I wouldnt move to Cheektowaga unless the house was $40k and I just paid it off cash.
You’re almost changing my mind.
It’s literally less than 1/4 mile from Depew.
Her parents live in Cheektowaga… that is too close.
Lol. Agreed.
yea for sure! Looks great! You should sell it fast!
House looks great. If it was remotely close to me, I would honestly be contacting you. 3.5 hours is a hell of a commute each way…
nice work jager! Looks well done. Love the molding work. It’s Interesting to see a sink located at the end of a counter, not bad, just intersting.
I wanted to have it centered with the opening to the dining room. Worked out well, given the layout we had to work with.
Thanks.
Looks gorgeous, exactly what I would want when the time comes.
GLWS, athough you probably won’t need it.
House looks great Mike. People will probably trip over themselves to make an offer. I wish there was something this nicely updated when I was looking.
Are you burned out on home projects now or will the next place be another reno?
Not really sure. If I can find a house that is turn key and priced right, then I will go that direction. However, if I find a house in need of work but is a great buy, then that is an option as well. I have the skills and tools, just don’t have the free time like I used to…
