I got exactly what I wanted, I just bought a 2004 Acura TL for $12k at 60 months 5.0% IR and my payment is $203.00 a month. It was at west herr, another 1k would have been another $10 a month i think, less if I would have put down the original $3k down but I did $2500 instead. I know I could have gotten a lower interest rate but I just wanted to get out of there, tthey told me 5.8 at first and i argued with them till i got it to 5.0, when i get the title I will refiance it again and get 4.0% at this credit union where the guy I work with brother is the CEO.

You’re only going to be able to get a 48 month loan on a 5yr old $13K car, maybe a 36 month. Also your math is way off on how the interest works. I’m not trying to be an asshole, just helping you not get your hopes up.
$13K @ 4.5% for 60 months comes to $242.36/month
$13K @ a more realistic 5% for 48 months comes to $299.38/month
$8684.00 @ 5% for 48 months comes to $199.99/month
$10,728.00 @ 4.5% for 60 months comes to $200/month, if you could find some place that will go 60 months on that. If you do somehow find someone to go 60 months on a 5yr old car they will likely hit you with 7-10% even with amazing credit.

It has some m3 parts on it. The body has some dents but very minimal rust. Its on snow tires right now. Has bilstein shocks, drilled rotors, stainless lines… It leaks oil. Runs and drives fine. Good project car.
