What other area did you guys use honeycomb cores in? I see the rear section and the side panel.
How did you guys lay up your plies? Did you use fibersim and laser projection?

chassis teklam(cF/kevlar/aluminum honeycomb) comes in patterns cut to our exacting dimension at which point we glue them together and constructing it almost like one of those 3d puzzles. the “completed” teklam looks like a CF roller-coaster car that is put together 3dimensionally
(bottom/front/sides/back) leaving an “open” cab
