i know mine did the same, they got all new stainless appliances. the first microwave we had was one my dad got from work that hung above the stove. there was a recall on it and he had to send it back. well when we were taking it down, i kinda let it fall. needless to say, it was def recalled.
i used to install hardwood floors with greg evans for a little over a year, i know all the different floors. we got 8 inch oak planks for the whole house. its gonna look good when we finally get to install it.
the ultimate plan is to finish the house, get it appraised/remortgaged and build a 3 car garage w/ a fully furnished apartment for me to live in for a while until i can build my own house around the pond. my dad has spots for both my brother and i to build, its just a race to see whos is gonna go up first. lol
Just high school friends Rob! Thanks alot. Thats all i was to u was a high school friend. F off! <3 O ya… i lol’ed when i drove past the valley and noticed the benzino parked there. I knew as soon as that kids BDay came around. lol.

iv also got some more pictures of the progress from today. new pine ceiling and walls will be done today too.
Vegas… i might as well go tell the kid goodbye today. lol. Ya amber, jen, hayley and i all went to the valley a little bit ago, good times. Post pics when ur done.
So heres my update for the night! got the ceiling finished, except the the vertical border going around (the wood is stained in the basement). i also got two walls done and the new light installed.
its a disaster in there now, but slowly its all coming together. here ya go…
new door that got installed (not today). believe it or not, the stove was right in front of the door. we built the deck first, cut the hole and installed the door, then moved the stove. pretty crazy considering it was almost all done backwards.
I just put a metal roof on my summer house a few weeks ago. It was not too bad to install and it is supposed to last 50 years. We did not really have an option because of the extreme wind in the winter time. Every spring we would have to replace a ton of shingles that would blow off over the winter. i think it is well worth the extra cash.
