Mower is pretty cheap, but gas and time spent cutting over the years will add up.
Landscapers are a litte more, but you don’t spend your own time doing it.
Artificial turf/concrete…expensive up front…near zero maintenance!
Jackedup can run the #s on it, I’ve seen him post that algorithm for what size engine motorcycle a person should buy based on age, gender, height, weight, riding experience and household income, he’s good at that sort of thing.

Whitey - if you’re going to go the fertilizer route, I’d look into a lawn service. I used to cringe at the thought of not doing it myself (like every other project), until I priced it and realized that the cost of the product was about the same as having a service do it.
And it’s not like building a deck or something where having someone else do it may not give you the quality that you’re after.
