the house has the caps on the gutters… not sure if that is a good thing or bad thing for beer cans on the roof.
I would love a pool, just not the maintenance. My next door neighbor has a pool, I think i just need to make friends with them.

lawn looks fertilized which is nice, put down some winter fertilizer in the fall. very nice buy. nice getting a house that is pretty much already perfect!
who in their right mind would put fertilizer on grass? :nuts: I want my grass to grow as slow as possible so I don’t have to cut it. cutting grass FTL.

my buddy is a landscaper who insists that fertilized lawns grow slower and reduce weeds…not sure if its true
in the spring when the weather is not that hott and still wet, they will grow faster, but in the summer they slow down to normal growth, and no weeds, esp no clover which is very nice. clover can make any lawn look like shit
i think your buddy needs to find a new career 
fertilizer and weed control are 2 separate products. fertilizer makes the grass grow better/faster and weed control, well it’s kinda self explanatory. My neighbors all put down fertilizer and have the chemlawn trucks come around and spray for weeds and shit and my lawn looks about the same as theirs. I have a few more weeds than they do but nothing major.

when clover grows the seeds, it becomes white…
